The process of booking with Kaewa Tours

Today I wanted to talk to you about what happens when you book and go on one of my fabulous tours.

Firstly thanks for doing your research and making the decision to go out on one of our fabulous tours.

Once you’ve made your booking you will receive immediate confirmation and at the same time, I receive an email notification of your booking.

As soon as practically possible after I receive your booking, I will call you to introduce myself and most importantly thank you for choosing Kaewa Tours for your special day out.

Call me old fashioned but I like picking up the phone to say thank you. At the very least you will receive an email from me.

Shortly after I’ve had an initial chat with you, I also send out a brief video thank you message.

For a recent international booking I’ve done 2 Zoom calls, so if anyone has any questions before their tour I’m more than happy to do a Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime call etc.

A week before your tour you will receive an automated message reminding you of your upcoming tour and a couple of days out you receive a final reminder message.

If, for any circumstances that you need to cancel your tour, you can cancel within 24 hours receiving a full refund.

On the day of your tour I will arrive at your designated pick up location at least 15 minutes before departure. The current Ministry of Health and Government mandates require me to sight your Vaccination passes and scan in before we commence on our fun day out. I expect these requirements are likely to be removed following on from the recent exciting Government border reopening announcement.

During your tour with me, I like to take plenty of photos which I post up on to my Social Media pages. If don’t want me to use your photos in my marketing, please let me know.

A day or so after your tour I will send you an email which summarises your day out with Kaewa Tours. My email will also include a link to all the photos I took during the day. I also have links to Google, Facebook and TripAdvisor for you to post your review.

I’m particularly proud of the high quality reviews I receive so please take the time to post up your review of your day out with me. Reviews are the cornerstone of any business so thank you in advance!
