By booking a tour with Kaewa Tours you agree to us collecting your information. We will only use your details to give you information or updates about your booking so we can ensure you have the best possible experience with us.

All personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with any third party.

Our website is a secure site built and hosted by GTB IT Solutions Kāpiti Coast. Our booking and payment platform is Rezdy and RezdyPay, who hold the highest level of Payment Card Industry certification available – Level 1 PCI Compliant.

If you have joined our mailing list, you agree we can send you news about our business, special offers, events and information we think you’ll be interested in. If you decide you’re no longer interested, you can unsubscribe, or if you need to update your contact details with Kaewa Tours please contact us at info@kaewatours.co.nz

By completing the check out process you agree and confirm that Kaewa Tours can take photographs or video of you at any Kaewa Tours event and can use and/or publish those photographs or video, and any you post to any Kaewa Tours social media page or group, in print or electronically for any lawful purpose including publicity, advertising and on our website. If you don’t want your picture taken for these purposes during your tour please let me know. Your privacy is our utmost concern – we will do our best not to include you in the pictures or crop you out before posting online.
